Reportedly, men dressed in South Sudan army uniforms go on the rampage and commit unspeakable atrocities against civilians across the country. One group of South Sudanese women say they want the establishment of Hybrid Court quickened following widespread rape of women and young girls. Also, torture as well as extra-judicial killings of youths and men in the country is increasing, according to the group.
