Conflict in South Sudan has had a toll on all aspects of life of average people, in the country. For example, education has suffered greatly; from the unending violence ­ leaving more than half of the country’s children out of school; according to the UNHCR. The organisation indicates that this is the highest proportion of out-of-school children in the world. Amid these challenges however, some struggle to stay in school.
