Experts warn many more refugees are likely to get wasted as drug abuse in the refugee settlements of South Sudanese, located in Northern Uganda, is becoming a common phenomenon. They say many lives have been wasted due to consumption of uncontrolled locally brewed alcohol. Juma Idris Khemis compiled this report.
