Sunday, 5 marked the signing of a South Sudan’s cease-fire and power-sharing agreement in Khartoum, which will see Riek Machar return as first of the five vice presidents of the war-ravaged youngest country, under a transitional government of national unity. Will it hold, given the fact that there has been several agreements that have been violated in past?
