It is estimated one in four children are engendered in some sort of (child) labor, especially in the poorest countries, according to International Labor Organization. Refugee settlements located in the North of Uganda are not exceptional. Children working hard jobs are a common sight in the settlements, including surrounding host communities. Many of their supervisors who; in most cases turn out to be their own relatives are not even aware about such things as child labor, at all. Juruga Samuel reports.
