Northern Uganda Resilience Initiative (NURI) is a-climate-smart agriculture project funded by the Royal Danish Embassy in Uganda. The Ambassador, Nicolaj A. Hejberg Petersen, is optimistic that this “unique” $40 US Dollar– project, which started in 2019, will increase food security as well as self-reliance amongst hunger-stricken refugees and their hosts. He says it will ultimately achieve its goal by 2022 – in its final year. Take a listen.
