Coronavirus: More concerted efforts needed

Confronted with coronavirus pandemic, the government of Uganda encouraged the public to give assistance in form of both solid items and cash towards managing the pandemic as well as its effects. In response to the call made by the country’s president, Yoweri K. Museveni, UNHCR donated five vehicles to the country’s largest refugee settlement. The Japanese-made Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles are turned into ambulances. This is sigh of relief, according to authorities. Elema reports.
