On 22nd January 2020, the annual district local government stakeholders’ conference for West-Nile and Acholi sub region initiated by the World food Program or WFP took to discuss the involvement of Refugees in agriculture if the envisioned (Zero Hunger by 2030) sustainable development goal number two has to be achieved.
