SPLA-IO confirms fighting with unknown forces, in South Sudan’s Mukaya County, which is located in Southern part of capital Juba. SPLA-IO, loyal to Riek Machar, is optimistic the gunmen they have exchanged fire with, on several occasions in the area, is not the government force, SPLA. The rebel group knows they are not alone, in the country’s bushes. Could it be the National Movement for Change, led by the former Western Equatoria State Governor, Joseph Bakosoro, or National Salvation movement rebel group, led by Thomas Cirilo or even someone else?
