The plight of child refugees

After successfully escaping South Sudan brutal war characterized by mass killings; over 41,000 children, majority of who are below 15 years old crossed into neighboring Uganda for safety. Such figures make Uganda host of the largets number of unaccompanied child refugees in the world; according to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR). But did you know how such children cope, amid seemingly never ending struggles they face everyday? Atim Pamela investigates.
