Ugandan Archbishop calls for peace, in South Sudan. Will his voice make a difference?

In an effort to try to bring peace to war-torn South Sudan, various groups of people from all walks of life have made various recommendations. They hope, if considered, could help bring peace, to the worlds youngest nation. The church has taken a center stage, too, in the call for peace. Many church representatives have expressed concerned over the seemingly unending conflict, which has deepened the plight of the citizens. The Archbishop of the Catholic Archdiocese of Gulu in Northern Uganda does not differ from the others.
