South Sudan’s vice president Dr James Wani Igga pledged that his government will not go back to war again if peace agreement is not effected.
The vice president was speaking during his courtesy visit to Obbo, in Ayaci County of Torit State in what he termed as Christmas and New Year Celebration in the area.
