European Investment Bank together with a Catholic founded bank – Centenary, want both South Sudanese refugees and their Ugandan hosts to adapt to culture of saving money. This prompted both banks to organize a-one-day training in “financial literacy skills”, which took place in Rhino refugee settlement last week. The organizers claim the populations, especially refugees will be able to break their dependence syndrome. Musa Sabir sent us this report.
