What would come to your mind, if you heard people saying “motherfucker” – it is an insult, right? Well, here in Rhino camp settlement of South Sudanese people it actually means common disease that “fucks your body”. The disease commonly pronounced as madafaka is still unknown phenomenon. Majority of families have had at least one member who contracted it – and has no cure, according to the inhabitants. There is a lot of prejudices surrounding the disease.
