An-80-Billion-Shillings-Project to be carried out in refugee-hosting districts

Estimated 5,000 people from both refugees and host communities, in Uganda’s districts that host refugees from South Sudan are set to benefit from the funds. European Union Trust Fund and German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) provided the financial support in order to boost agriculture, activity that is lifeline for majority households in the region.
