Five people died during a fight between some members of South Sudanese refugee and host communities, in Uganda’s Adjumani district. Reportedly rumours triggered a misunderstanding, igniting violence between groups of young people from both sides. The communities have lived side by side for years. Authorities describe the deaths as unfortunate, and that the incident should have not escalated to such a magnitude. Angucia Sharon has the story.
