Thin line between child abuse and survival

New reports are suggesting many children experience some form of abuse, especially by the people they stay with, in Uganda’s largest refugee settlement, BidiBidi. Between January and early February, Police registered 126 cases of child abuse within the settlement, in the North of Uganda. And surprisingly, this is only the tip of the iceberg, according to Uganda Police. Monday reports.
